1. Materials & Hardware

• High‑strength aluminum alloy frame (180 Roman columns, main/side beams, gutter profiles)

• Standard glass: 6+1.14+6 laminated glass (upgrade to 8+8 for walkable roof)

• 304 stainless steel anchors, expansion bolts, external corner brackets, downpipes & elbows

• Optional: LED strip (wiring inside cover channel), heavy chandelier (requires reinforced beam)

2. Design Standards

• Dual‑incline mechanical frame – 45° golden angle for triangular stability

• Wind resistance: Level 12 (tested to GB/T7106‑2008)

• Bidirectional load distribution – roof load evenly transferred to columns, no stress concentration

• Single‑point load capacity: >800 kg

• Minimum overhang: 300mm; minimum order area: 7m²

• Suitable for large spans; for span >5000mm, add crossbeam to reduce expansion force

3. Production & Delivery

• Factory pre‑fabrication: pre‑drilled anchor holes, pre‑installed corner brackets, mitred decorative trim, pre‑punched gutter connectors

• Packaging: inner bubble film + outer 5T woven pearl cotton (waterproof & shock‑resistant)

• Installation: numbered profiles, simple bolt‑together assembly – only a power drill required

• Full drawing package & material checklist provided; production begins after customer sign‑off

4. How to Customize

• Provide: site dimensions (L×W×roof slope/height), column type (180 Roman with/without cap or 125×125/150×150), color (standard or custom), glass spec (laminated/double‑glazed/walkable)

• Optional: skylight, LED strip, heavy chandelier, number of downpipe elbows/couplers

• Design lead time: 3 working days (standard), 5 working days (complex) – includes SU render showing structure, drainage, furniture & landscaping

• Order notes: signed drawings = production start; changes after signature incur extra cost; walkable roof requires upgraded glass (8+8 min.)

• After‑sales: factory takes full responsibility for glass cutting errors (if glass sizes supplied by factory)
